This fall at The Yoga Path …

At The Yoga Path this fall, we are pleased to offer a variety of classes for beginners and experienced yoga practitioners.  Classes include: level 1, level 2, prenatal yoga, mom & baby yoga, meditation, mind-body health classes as well as workshops on a variety of topics.

Our fall schedule begins Monday, September 13.  We are in the process of confirming some of our class times ~ please visit our schedule page for up to date information.

Our Thursday evening Mind-Body Health Classes will focus on the following themes: Stress & Relaxation, Weight Management and Managing Moods (depression, anxiety).  Our Saturday workshops will include: Yoga for Menopause, Reduce Toxins in Your Body through Nutrition and Yoga, Meditation for Parents, Benefits of Inverted Yoga Poses, Introduction to Ayurveda, Yoga for Tweens, Yoga en francais, How to Simplify the Holidays.

Students who are new to our studio will receive ‘one free introductory class’.  Returning students will receive 20% off their registration if they bring a new student to register with them.

Summer Schedule

Summer is a time for rest and renewal.  Our yoga and meditation teachers will take this time to reflect on our own practice and to renew our commitment to teaching.  We know that many of our students wish to maintain their yoga practice over the summer.

We have put together a schedule that we hope attends to all of these needs and look forward to returning in the fall with a full compliment of classes and workshops.  Namaste!

Upcoming Wellness Workshops & Courses

Our Spring Transformation and Renewal Course will begin Saturday, April 10 at 11:00 am – 12:45 pm.

This 6-week course will lead participants on a journey of transforming the body and the mind.   This program will include an ayurvedic self assessment, gentle and safe dietary cleansing options and support, traditional yogic body and breath cleansing techniques, improving digestion, improving sleep, and developing a yoga-meditation home practice.  The course will wrap up with a celebration of a shared meal in silence.  Participants in our program last year reported improved energy and a deepening of their commitment to good health.

Early registration: $100 ($120 after April 6).

Dates for the 6-week course include:  April 10, 17, 24, May 1, 8 & 15
